Specifically designed to facilitate wine-by-the-glass service in a professional setting, the DVV22 La Sommelière wine dispenser also allows for longer preservation of wine, helping to reduce waste from opened bottles.

How does the DVV22 La Sommelière dispenser work?

The 3-in-1 wine-by-the-glass dispenser is ideal for keeping 2 bottles chilled, preserving the wine, and serving it elegantly without the need to remove the bottles. Once you've tried the DVV22, you won't be able to do without it.

Technical operation of the DVV22

The DVV22 operates using a nitrogen pressure system. This inert, odorless, and non-toxic gas allows for long-term wine preservation. By injecting nitrogen into the bottle, it creates a barrier on the surface of the remaining wine, preventing any contact with air and drastically slowing down the oxidation of the alcohol.

The compatible nitrogen cartridge (ref. CA06) is easily installed at the back of the device. Each 0.30L nitrogen cartridge allows for the service of approximately 20 bottles of 75cl. Upon purchase, the DVV22 comes with 2 nitrogen cartridges.

This electric device, the DVV22 wine-by-the-glass dispenser, operates using a fan-cooling system.

DVV22 dispenser: easy for professionals to use

From the user’s perspective, it is very simple to operate. Wine-by-the-glass service is provided either by continuous pressure on the button or through a dosing system. Note: the stoppers are adjustable based on the height of your bottles.
